🚧 Senior Connections Canada is under development. Our official launch is planned for early 2027. Please check back soon as we continue building trusted information, local connections and practical support for seniors and families.

Contact / Get Help

Not sure where to start? Tell us what you are trying to do. The goal is to help identify one sensible next step without sending you through a long list of possibilities.

Direct contact options are still being prepared for the early-2027 launch. We will publish the phone, email and online-help choices here as soon as they are ready and tested.

What you will be able to ask about

  • Practical local support for yourself.
  • Help researching options for a parent or family member.
  • Transportation, errands, companionship, light housekeeping and cleaning, or practical technology help as services become available.
  • Finding a useful local or Canadian resource.
  • Referrals, partnerships or community-service questions.
  • Website, accessibility or resource feedback.

What to tell us

You will not need to write a long explanation. A short description of what you need, the community you are in, and whether you are asking for yourself or helping someone else is enough to start.

Please do not send sensitive medical, financial or other personal information unless it is genuinely needed and you are asked for it through an appropriate contact method.

What happens next

We will first try to identify the best next step. If Senior Connections Canada is not the right fit, we will try to point you toward a sensible alternative rather than leave you at a dead end.

Service area: hands-on support is being developed first for Smiths Falls, Perth and communities across Lanark County. Information and digital resources may be useful more broadly across Canada.

While contact options are being finalized

You can still review the service areas and resource categories we are building. This page will become the main human-contact starting point before the public launch.
